Kineo is THE brand in spoked wheels of the future. It is a revolution achieved by applying the best designs and the latest production technologies available in redefining the old concept of wheel to achieve the best performance.
(Silver shiny = brushed aluminum)
The rim is made of 7000 aluminum alloy and is suitable for tubeless tires and off-road tires with tubes. The finish is achieved by CNC finishing. The rim ring is absolutely innovative because it has no recesses for spoke holes. Available colors: glaze coated black gloss and matt, such as white matt and white gloss. Other colors on request with an additional charge.
The hub
The hub is made from 7000 series forged aluminum alloy. The forged blank already has a shape similar to the final product; this leads to an optimal fiber flow of the component and thus to maximum shock resistance. The finish is achieved by CNC finishing. Available colors are: matt black, glossy black, silver, all other colors: red, blue, orange, green, gold, silver, titanium and magnesium have an additional charge. Other colors on request.
The spokes
The spokes are made of carbon steel and then galvanized to protect the surface from corrosion. The precision shaping of the spokes makes it possible to reduce the traditional number of spokes from (36 + 36) to 28 spokes for the front wheel and 32 spokes for the rear wheel. The spokes can be tightened with a normal Allen key. Due to the special design of the Kineo wheels, the spokes can be replaced at any time without removing the wheel or tire. Available colors are: silver and with an additional charge: black and black with silver alternating
The nipples
The nipple geometry is Kineo Wheels' greatest innovation. They are arranged in the middle of the rim ring parallel to the wheel axis. This special formation makes it possible to produce the wheels without holes for the spoke ends. The aluminum nipples are available in black, red, blue, orange, green, gold, silver and titanium to match the color of the wheel to the vehicle.
The brake disc carriers
The KINEO brake disc carrier allows you to continue using the original braking system. Matching brake disc adapters for the front and rear wheels allow you to continue using the original braking system without any further modifications. If the vehicle has ABS and RDS, the original sensors are retained.
The damper system
The rear wheel is equipped with the KINEO 8-bolt rear damper system, which is located outside the wheel hub. This feature is double-mounted, completely independent of the wheel, to absorb the radial forces of the drive chain. The drive shocks are absorbed by 8 silent bushes. The KINEO drive pressure damper requires specific chain wheel sizes: 520 - 525 - 530
The sprocket
Only the KINEO sprockets, which are made of 40 micron hard anodized 7075T6, fit the rear wheel. The sprockets are available in size 525 with 38 to 48 teeth. Sprockets for large Enduro wheels are available in size 525 with 38 to 48 teeth. Sprockets for Maximodel 17 wheels are available in size 520 with 38 to 45 teeth.
