The principle of hydroforming is the forming of stainless steel with the help of liquid, which gives the steel its shape under very high pressure. This process eliminates the need for welds, so that the exhaust gases can flow freely and without resistance through the unusually thin metal. This makes the exhaust systems very light. At the same time, however, a very high level of stability is achieved.
